Lots of teachers use really adorable full size sheets to record their information. For example, a sheet with the attendance list, a sheet with allergies, a sheet with the car riders and bus riders, a sheet with the schedule, a sheet with students who leave for resource rooms or have push in. When I subbed in college, this was WAY too overwhelming for me. Looking at 20 zillion pages of important info!!
